Farm available in Harrow

Grimsdyke farm redline A 75 acre farm on the edge of Harrow Weald is for sale.

Grimsdyke Farm, on the border of the LB Harrow and Hertfordshire in Old Redding, is owned by the Council. THe sale is being handled by Strutt and Parker's St Albans office.

Marketed as a "rare investment opportunity within the M25", it contains a detached three-bedroom farmhouse cottage, a fire damaged Dutch barn and storage barn, a traditional timber granary on stilts, and a "dilapidated" cart lodge barn.

The farm is designated as pasture land.The Council's cabinet committee agreed to dispose of the land in November 2007.

Strutt and Parker gives an indicative price of £700,000, and has asked for bids by Wednesday December 17.
